Samsung Galaxy M30 has a general score of 82.4, which is a bit better than Huawei P20 Pro's 81.4 score. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy M30 has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Huawei P20 Pro has Android 10 version, so it offers a lot of extra features and improved performance. The Samsung Galaxy M30 is a newer and just a bit lighter phone than the Huawei P20 Pro, although it's a little bit thicker.
Huawei P20 Pro has just a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy M30. Both of them have a 6 GB RAM memory and 8 cores. Huawei P20 Pro counts with a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy M30, because although it has a little bit smaller display and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2240 pixels, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch in the screen.
Galaxy M30 features a much better memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei P20 Pro, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Galaxy M30 also has a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. Huawei P20 Pro counts with a very superior camera than Samsung Galaxy M30, because it has a lot larger back camera sensor, a lot higher video resolution, a larger aperture for better low-light photography and videos and a way higher resolution back-facing camera.
The Galaxy M30 counts with better battery lifetime than Huawei P20 Pro, because it has a 25 percent larger battery capacity.
