Comparison review
Huawei P40 Pro is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy M30, having a score of 88.2 against 82.4. Huawei P40 Pro's construction is newer than Samsung Galaxy M30's, but it's a bit thicker and heavier. These devices have Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei P40 Pro has the older 10 version and Samsung Galaxy M30 has Android 9.0 Pie.
Huawei P40 Pro features a bit better display than Galaxy M30, because it has a little bit higher 1200 x 2640 resolution, a just a little higher quantity of pixels in each inch in the display and a quite bigger screen. The Huawei P40 Pro features a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy M30, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei P40 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
The Galaxy M30 features much more storage capacity for applications and games than Huawei P40 Pro, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Galaxy M30 also has an external SD slot that holds up to 512 GB. The Samsung Galaxy M30 features longer battery lifetime than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
Huawei P40 Pro captures way better photos and videos than Galaxy M30, and although they both have a same size diafragm aperture, the Huawei P40 Pro also has a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, a camera with lot more mega pixels and a much bigger camera sensor providing a way higher image quality.
