Galaxy M30 has an overall score of 82.4, which is a bit better than LG G5's 76.1 score. Both phones in this comparison review include Android operating system, but the Galaxy M30 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and LG G5 has Android 8.0 Oreo version, giving you lots of additional features and optimized performance. The Galaxy M30 design is extremely newer than LG G5's, although it is a bit heavier and somewhat thicker.
LG G5 features a little bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy M30, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a greater screen pixel density. Galaxy M30 counts with a bigger storage for games and applications than LG G5, because although it has a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 512 GB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with more internal storage.
LG G5 has a CPU that's very similar to the processing unit in Galaxy M30, although the LG G5 has a lower amount of RAM memory and 4 less cpu cores. Galaxy M30 features a superior battery duration than LG G5, because it has a 5000mAh battery size. The LG G5 takes a little bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy M30, because it has a larger camera aperture, a bigger sensor which offers a better photo and video quality, a lot better (4K) video definition and a back facing camera with a better resolution.
