Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy M30 is just a bit better than LG Q8, having a general score of 82.4 against 77.2. Both phones in our current comparison come with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy M30 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and LG Q8 has Android 7.0 Nougat. Samsung Galaxy M30's body is newer than LG Q8's, although it is somewhat heavier and just a little bit thicker.
The Galaxy M30 has just a bit better hardware performance than LG Q8, because it has 2 GB more RAM and 4 more cores. LG Q8 counts with a more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy M30, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixels amount in each inch of screen and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels.
LG Q8 takes slightly better videos and photos than Galaxy M30, because it has a larger back-facing camera sensor providing a better image quality, a back camera with a higher resolution, a larger camera aperture to capture better images in poorly lited situations and a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition.
Galaxy M30 counts with a quite bigger storage to install games and applications than LG Q8, because although it has an external memory card slot that allows 1,45 TB smaller, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. Samsung Galaxy M30 has a superior battery duration than LG Q8, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
