The Galaxy M30 is a bit better than Motorola Edge (2024), with a general score of 82.4 against 78.5. Both devices in this review have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy M30 has newer 9.0 Pie version and Motorola Edge (2024) has Android 14. Galaxy M30's body weights the same than the Motorola Edge (2024), but it's a bit thicker.
The Motorola Edge (2024) counts with a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy M30, because it has a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2400px, a little bigger display and a just a little more pixels per display inch. The Samsung Galaxy M30 features a bit more storage to store more apps and games than Motorola Edge (2024), because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory slot that allows up to 512 GB.
Samsung Galaxy M30 has a really superior processing power than Motorola Edge (2024), although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have 8 processing cores. Motorola Edge (2024) has a battery performance that's just as good as the battery lifetime in Galaxy M30. The Motorola Edge (2024) has a superior camera than Galaxy M30, because it has a camera with much more mega pixels, a bigger camera aperture, a way better (4K) video quality and a way larger back camera sensor providing a much better image quality.
