The Galaxy M30 is a bit better than the Moto G 5G, having an 82.4 score against 81.5. Although Galaxy M30 is older than the Moto G 5G, it's construction is thinner and lighter. Both phones we compare here include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy M30 has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Moto G 5G has Android 10.
Moto G 5G features a display that is very similar to the screen in Samsung Galaxy M30, because although the Moto G 5G has a bit lower screen density, it also counts with a quite larger screen and a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The Samsung Galaxy M30 has a slightly better storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Moto G 5G, because although it has an external memory card slot that admits 488 GB smaller, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.
Motorola Moto G 5G features a bit superior processor than Galaxy M30, although it has less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Motorola Moto G 5G shoots way better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy M30, because it has a larger camera aperture, a back facing camera with way more megapixels and a way higher 3840x2160 video quality.
The Moto G 5G's battery duration is very similar to the Galaxy M30 one.
