The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is much better than the Samsung Galaxy M30, having a general score of 90.7 against 82.4. Both of these devices include Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has an older 14 version and Samsung Galaxy M30 has Android 9.0 Pie.
