Galaxy M30 is slightly better than the Xiaomi 12T Pro, with an 82.4 score against 76.9. Galaxy M30 is an incredibly older device than Xiaomi 12T Pro, but Samsung managed to build it just a little thinner and somewhat lighter anyway. These phones use Android operating system, but the Galaxy M30 has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi 12T Pro has Android 12, offering some additional features.
Samsung Galaxy M30 has a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi 12T Pro, although it has a little worse 1080 x 2280 resolution, a little bit worse pixel number per inch of display and a quite smaller display. Galaxy M30 counts with a superior memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi 12T Pro, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage, the Galaxy M30 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB.
The Samsung Galaxy M30 features a much faster processing unit than Xiaomi 12T Pro, although it has 2 GB lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Xiaomi 12T Pro has a lot better camera than Galaxy M30, because it has a way larger back-facing camera sensor shooting way better quality pictures, a back facing camera with a lot higher resolution and a larger aperture.
