The Galaxy M30 has a global score of 82.4, which is a bit better than the Xiaomi Poco M3's 78.2 global score. The Galaxy M30 is an older phone than Xiaomi Poco M3, but it is lighter and thinner anyway. Both phones in our current comparison use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy M30 has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi Poco M3 has Android 10 version, giving a couple nice extra features and performance tweaks.

The Samsung Galaxy M30 counts with a very superior storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Poco M3, and although they both have an external memory card slot that allows up to 512 GB, the Samsung Galaxy M30 also has more internal storage capacity. The Xiaomi Poco M3 counts with better battery lifetime than Galaxy M30, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity.
The Xiaomi Poco M3 counts with a superior camera than Galaxy M30, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same video quality, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also has a way bigger camera sensor providing a lot higher image quality, a bigger aperture for better captures in low-light environments and a much more mega pixels back facing camera.
