Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy M30 is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, getting a score of 82.4 against 80.3. Even though the Samsung Galaxy M30 and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 were released with only 2 months difference, Samsung Galaxy M30's body is a little lighter but a bit thicker. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 features a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy M30, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly better 1080 x 2340 resolution and a bit better count of pixels in each inch in the screen.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has a little bit better performance than Galaxy M30, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 cores. Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 takes greater videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy M30, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 also has a larger camera aperture, a back facing camera with a lot higher 48 mega pixels resolution, a way bigger sensor which offers a lot better photo and video quality and better video frame rates.
Samsung Galaxy M30 has a little bit more memory capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy M30 also has a SD memory slot that supports up to 512 GB. Galaxy M30 counts with improved battery lifetime than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
