Comparison review
Galaxy M30 is slightly better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, with an 82.4 score against 81.1. Even though Galaxy M30 is older than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, it's body is just a bit thinner and lighter. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy M30 has 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has Android 10 version, so it provides a couple additional features.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a screen that's very similar to the Galaxy M30 one, because although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a quite lower display density, it also counts with a slightly higher 1080 x 2400 resolution and a quite bigger screen. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy M30. Both have the same RAM amount and 8 cpu cores.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro captures a lot better photographs and videos than Galaxy M30, and although they both have a same size aperture, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, a lot bigger sensor and a much more megapixels camera in the back. Galaxy M30 features a much better memory capacity to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, and although they both have a SD memory slot that admits up to 512 GB, the Galaxy M30 also has 64 GB more internal memory capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy M30 and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro count with similar battery performance, although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a 5020mAh battery size.
