The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T has a general score of 83, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy M30's overall score of 82.4. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T's body is newer than Samsung Galaxy M30's, although it's heavier and just a bit thicker. Both of these devices include Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T has the older 10 version and Samsung Galaxy M30 has Android 9.0 Pie version.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T features a little faster processing unit than Galaxy M30, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T has a little sharper display than Galaxy M30, because it has a little bit bigger screen, a just a little better pixel count in each screen inch and a quite better 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T shoots a lot better photographs and videos than Galaxy M30, because it has a much more megapixels back-facing camera, a lot bigger back camera sensor providing a way higher image quality, a bigger camera aperture to take better low light images and videos and a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.

Galaxy M30 has a much greater storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T, and although they both have a SD memory slot that admits up to 512 GB, the Galaxy M30 also has 64 GB more internal storage capacity. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T's battery life is very similar to the Galaxy M30 one.
