Comparison review
The Galaxy M40 is a bit better than Huawei Mate 8, having an 85 score against 77.4. Galaxy M40's construction has the same thickness than the Huawei Mate 8, but it's just a little bit lighter. Galaxy M40 has just a bit better screen than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a little bit larger display, a little bit greater pixel density and a bit higher 1080 x 2340 resolution.
Huawei Mate 8 counts with a little bit better processing power than Galaxy M40, although it has 2 GB less RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Galaxy M40 has a better camera than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a way higher 32 mega pixels resolution camera in the back, a lot higher 3840x2160 video resolution and a larger camera aperture to capture better low-light captures and videos.
The Galaxy M40 features a quite bigger storage for apps and games than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Galaxy M40 also has a SD card slot that allows up to 512 GB. Huawei Mate 8 features just a little better battery life than Galaxy M40, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3500mAh.
