Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy M40 has an overall score of 85, which is slightly better than the Huawei P40 lite 5G's general score of 83.4. The Samsung Galaxy M40 design is somewhat lighter and a little thinner than Huawei P40 lite 5G, despite of the fact that it was released only 12 months before. Both phones in this comparison review include the same Android 10 OS (operating system).
Huawei P40 lite 5G has a screen that is very similar to Galaxy M40's screen, because although the Huawei P40 lite 5G has a quite lower amount of pixels per display inch, it also counts with a little bigger screen and a little bit higher 1080 x 2400 resolution. Huawei P40 lite 5G has a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy M40. They have 8 processing cores and a 6 GB RAM memory.
Huawei P40 lite 5G captures clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy M40, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same (4K) video definition, the Huawei P40 lite 5G also counts with a lot higher resolution back facing camera.
