Comparison review
Huawei P40 Pro is a bit better than Galaxy M40, having an 88.2 score against 85. Huawei P40 Pro's body is newer, but thicker and heavier than the Galaxy M40. These phones use the same Android 10 operating system, so they should count with all the same operating system features. The Huawei P40 Pro has a slightly better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy M40, because it has a quite better resolution of 1200 x 2640 pixels, a just a bit greater pixels count in each inch in the screen and a bit larger display.
Galaxy M40 counts with a very superior storage capacity to store more apps and games than Huawei P40 Pro, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage, the Galaxy M40 also has a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 512 GB. Huawei P40 Pro counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy M40, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei P40 Pro also has more RAM.
Huawei P40 Pro has a better camera than Galaxy M40, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Huawei P40 Pro also counts with a camera in the back with lot more MP, a much bigger sensor capturing much higher quality videos and photos and better video frame rates.
Huawei P40 Pro has improved battery life than Samsung Galaxy M40, because it has a 20 percent larger battery capacity.
