The Samsung Galaxy M40 is a bit better than the LG G8S ThinQ, getting an 85 score against 82.5. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy M40 has the previous 10 version and LG G8S ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Samsung Galaxy M40 construction has the same thickness than the LG G8S ThinQ, but it's just a little bit lighter.
The LG G8S ThinQ features a little bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy M40, although it has a just a bit worse pixels density, a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2248 pixels and a little smaller screen. The LG G8S ThinQ features just a little better battery life than Samsung Galaxy M40, because it has 3550mAh of battery capacity against 3500mAh.
