Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy M40 has a general score of 85, which is much better than Motorola Edge 40's 77.2 overall score. Despite being the best in this comparison review, we must tell that it's also incredibly older, just a bit thicker and just a little heavier. Both of these devices use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy M40 has an older 10 version while Motorola Edge 40 has Android 13 version.

The Motorola Edge 40 counts with a little more vivid screen than Galaxy M40, because although it has a just a bit worse quantity of pixels per inch of display, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a little larger display. Galaxy M40 counts with a much bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Motorola Edge 40, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage, the Galaxy M40 also has an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB.

The Samsung Galaxy M40 has a much greater performance than Motorola Edge 40, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. Motorola Edge 40 counts with better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy M40, because it has 4400mAh of battery capacity. Motorola Edge 40 takes a little bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy M40, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Motorola Edge 40 also has a way bigger sensor taking way higher quality videos and pictures, a larger diafragm aperture for better photography in low light environments and a camera with a way higher 50 megapixels resolution.
