Samsung Galaxy S10 is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy M40, getting a global score of 88.3 against 85. The Samsung Galaxy S10 design has the same thickness than the Samsung Galaxy M40, but it's a bit lighter. Both of these phones use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S10 has a newer 11 version while Samsung Galaxy M40 has Android 10, so it counts with some nice extra features.
Samsung Galaxy S10 features a bit better processor than Samsung Galaxy M40, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy S10 also has more RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy S10 features just a bit better display than Galaxy M40, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a higher display density and a higher 1440 x 3040 resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy M40 takes a little bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S10, because although it has a smaller camera sensor capturing less light and washed colors, a tinier aperture and slower video frame rate, and they both have the same video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy M40 also counts with a back facing camera with lot more mega-pixels.
Galaxy S10 has as much memory capacity for games and applications as the Samsung Galaxy M40, both of them have exactly the same internal storage and a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 512 GB. The Samsung Galaxy M40 features a bit superior battery performance than Galaxy S10, because it has 3500mAh of battery capacity.
