The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is much better than Samsung Galaxy M40, having a 98 score against 85. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has newer 13 version while Samsung Galaxy M40 has Android 10, so it gives you some extra features and performance tweaks. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is an a lot heavier and thicker cellphone than the Samsung Galaxy M40.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy M40, because it has a just a bit higher screen density, a quite bigger display and a higher 1440 x 3200px resolution. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a bit more memory capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy M40, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 1000 GB.
