Galaxy M40 has an overall score of 85, which is a bit better than Galaxy S6 Active's 80.9 general score. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy M40 has a more recent 10 version while Galaxy S6 Active has Android 5.0, so it provides the user some additional features.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Active counts with a lot better looking screen than Galaxy M40, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the display and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440. Samsung Galaxy S6 Active's battery performance is very similar to the battery lifetime in Galaxy M40. The Galaxy M40 shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has a smaller sensor taking less light and washed colors, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video quality, the Galaxy M40 also counts with a camera in the back with way more MP and a larger aperture to capture better low-light images and videos.
