Comparison review
The Galaxy M40 is a bit better than Galaxy S8, having an 85 score against 81.7. Galaxy M40 is a just a bit heavier phone than the Galaxy S8, but both have the same thickness. The Galaxy S8 features a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy M40, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 2960 resolution and a greater pixels number per inch in the screen.
Samsung Galaxy M40 has a much greater memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy S8, because it has a SD memory slot that holds up to 512 GB and 128 GB internal storage. The Galaxy S8 has a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy M40, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
The Galaxy M40 counts with a bit longer battery performance than Galaxy S8, because it has 3500mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh. Galaxy M40 takes much better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S8, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor providing a worse image quality, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the same video quality and the same aperture, the Galaxy M40 also counts with a back-facing camera with much more megapixels.
