Comparison review
Galaxy M40 is just a bit better than Xiaomi 15 Pro, getting an 85 score against 81.3. Both phones in this review include Android operating system, but Galaxy M40 has older 10 version and Xiaomi 15 Pro has Android 14. Although Galaxy M40 is much older than the Xiaomi 15 Pro, it's construction is lighter and a bit thinner.
The Galaxy M40 counts with a much greater performance than Xiaomi 15 Pro, although it has less RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores. The Xiaomi 15 Pro features a way better looking screen than Galaxy M40, because it has a better resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels, a little bit bigger screen and more pixels per inch of display.
The Xiaomi 15 Pro captures much better videos and photos than Galaxy M40, because it has a way higher resolution back-facing camera, a bigger camera aperture to take better low-light images and video and a lot better video quality. Galaxy M40 features a bit more memory for games and applications than Xiaomi 15 Pro, because although it has only 128 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD card slot that supports up to 512 GB.
The Xiaomi 15 Pro counts with a way better battery duration than Galaxy M40, because it has a 6100mAh battery capacity instead of 3500mAh.
