Galaxy M51 is much better than HTC One M9, having an 87.7 score against 77.7. Both phones in this comparison include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy M51 has newer 10 version and HTC One M9 has Android 5.0, providing you a lot of extra features and performance improvements. Although Galaxy M51 is heavier than the HTC One M9, it's a little bit thinner and extremely newer.
The HTC One M9 counts with a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy M51, because although it has lesser RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with a 64-bit processing unit and an additional graphics processor. HTC One M9 has a much better display than Galaxy M51, because although it has a much smaller display and a bit lower 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per display inch.
Samsung Galaxy M51 has a much greater memory for applications and games than HTC One M9, because it has a SD memory slot that admits up to 512 GB and 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Samsung Galaxy M51 has a much longer battery life than HTC One M9, because it has 7000mAh of battery capacity. The Galaxy M51 takes better photos and videos than HTC One M9, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same (4K) video definition, the Galaxy M51 also has a back camera with a much better resolution, a bigger aperture for better captures and videos in low light environments and a lot bigger sensor capturing way better quality photographs and videos.
