Both phones in this review include the same Android 10 OS, so you shouldn't see any differences in that aspect. Galaxy M51 is a thicker and heavier device than the OnePlus 8 UW. The OnePlus 8 UW counts with a bit faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy M51, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the OnePlus 8 UW also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
The OnePlus 8 UW features a brighter screen than Galaxy M51, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little more pixels per inch of display and a little bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The Samsung Galaxy M51 features a way bigger memory capacity for games and applications than OnePlus 8 UW, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy M51 also has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB.
OnePlus 8 UW's camera is very similar to the Samsung Galaxy M51 one, and although the OnePlus 8 UW has a way less megapixels back camera, a lower 3840x2160 video resolution and a smaller sensor giving a worse image quality, they both have a same size camera aperture. The Samsung Galaxy M51 has a way better battery life than OnePlus 8 UW, because it has 7000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4300mAh.
