Comparison review
Galaxy M51 is much better than the Galaxy J8, getting a score of 87.7 against 76.7. Both of these phones come with the same Android 10 OS (operating system), so both of them should provide the same operating system features. Even though Galaxy M51 is extremely newer than Galaxy J8, it's somewhat heavier and thicker.
Samsung Galaxy M51 counts with a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy J8, because it has a little bit larger display, a lot higher 1080 x 2340 resolution and a higher number of pixels per inch in the display. The Samsung Galaxy M51 has a bit better processing unit than Samsung Galaxy J8, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Samsung Galaxy M51 also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
The Galaxy M51 has a very superior camera than Galaxy J8, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not so good for capturing photos and videos in low-light situations, it also counts with a much larger back-facing camera sensor providing a way better image quality, a camera with a lot better 64 mega-pixels resolution and a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.

Samsung Galaxy M51 counts with a superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy J8, because it has a 7000mAh battery size against 3500mAh.
