The Samsung Galaxy M51 is better than the Galaxy M20, having a score of 87.7 against 78.9. The Samsung Galaxy M51 body is newer than Galaxy M20's, but it's just a bit thicker and heavier. These phones have the same Android 10 operating system. The Samsung Galaxy M51 features a bit better processing power than Galaxy M20, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Samsung Galaxy M51 also has a greater amount of RAM.
