Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has a global score of 90.8, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy M51's 87.7 general score. Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is a somewhat lighter and thinner device than the Samsung Galaxy M51, even though both were released only a couple months apart. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has newer 11 version and Samsung Galaxy M51 has Android 10, so it gives a couple additional features and increased performance.
The Galaxy S20 FE counts with a slightly better screen than Samsung Galaxy M51, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a little greater screen pixels density. Samsung Galaxy S20 FE features a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy M51. They have a 6 GB RAM memory and a Octa-Core processing unit.
The Samsung Galaxy M51 features a better camera than Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, because although it has lower video frame rate, and they both have a 0.57 inches camera sensor, the same aperture and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy M51 also counts with a lot more MP back facing camera.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has just a bit more storage for apps and games than Galaxy M51, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE also has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 1000 GB. The Samsung Galaxy M51 features a much longer battery life than Galaxy S20 FE, because it has a 7000mAh battery capacity.
