Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is better than Galaxy M51, having a 98 score against 87.7. Although the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G and Galaxy M51 were released with only a few months difference, Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's body is a little bit heavier but also just a little bit thinner. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has 13 version and Galaxy M51 has Android 10, so it gives a lot of extra features.
