Galaxy S21 FE has a general score of 89.1, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy M51's general score of 87.7. The Galaxy S21 FE design is newer, a lot lighter and somewhat thinner than the Galaxy M51. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy S21 FE has the newer 11 version and Galaxy M51 has Android 10 version.
