Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy M51 has a score of 87.7, which is a bit better than the Galaxy S6's global score of 87.4. Samsung Galaxy M51's construction is extremely newer, but a lot heavier and much thicker than the Galaxy S6. Both phones in our current comparison have Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy M51 has a more recent 10 version and Galaxy S6 has Android 5.0, so it gives some nice extra features and performance optimizations.

Galaxy S6 has just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy M51, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy S6 also counts with a graphics processor and a 64-bit processing unit. The Samsung Galaxy S6 has a much sharper display than Galaxy M51, because although it has a much smaller screen, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and a better quantity of pixels per screen inch.

The Galaxy M51 has a lot bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S6, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy M51 also has an external SD slot that supports up to 512 GB. The Galaxy M51 counts with a much better battery lifetime than Galaxy S6, because it has a 175 percent larger battery size.

Samsung Galaxy M51 shoots better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S6, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy M51 also has a larger camera aperture to capture better images and video in low-light environments, a much bigger sensor providing a much higher image quality and a camera in the back with a lot higher resolution.
