Comparison review
The Moto G 5G has a global score of 81.5, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy M53 5G's overall score of 76.7. Although it's the best we compare here, Moto G 5G is an older, a lot thicker and somewhat heavier phone than the Samsung Galaxy M53 5G. Both devices in this review use Android operating system, but the Moto G 5G has the older 10 version and Samsung Galaxy M53 5G has Android 12 version.
Moto G 5G counts with a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy M53 5G. They have a same size screen, the same exact resolution of 1080 x 2400px and the same count of pixels per screen inch. Motorola Moto G 5G counts with a much better storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy M53 5G, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 1000 GB.
The Motorola Moto G 5G features a much better processing power than Samsung Galaxy M53 5G, although it has lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. The Moto G 5G shoots a little bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy M53 5G, because although it has a way less megapixels camera, it also counts with a larger camera aperture.
The Motorola Moto G 5G features a battery duration that's just as good as Galaxy M53 5G's battery lifetime.
