The Xperia 5 III is much better than Galaxy M53 5G, with a 90.5 score against 76.7. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia 5 III has the previous 11 version and Galaxy M53 5G has Android 12. Xperia 5 III is an older and just a little thicker phone than the Galaxy M53 5G, but Sony managed to build it a bit lighter anyway.
