Samsung Galaxy Nexus Sprint is slightly better than the Galaxy Nexus, having a 66.2 score against 64.3. Even being the best phone we compare here, we must note that it's also a just a little thicker and somewhat heavier phone. Both devices in our current comparison work with the same Android 4.3 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't notice any differences in that aspect.
