Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a global score of 98.9, which is a lot better than Apple iPhone 6's global score of 79.2. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra construction is notably newer, but thicker and a lot heavier than the Apple iPhone 6. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra works with Android 13 OS, and Apple iPhone 6 has iOS 8.x OS.

IPhone 6 features a slightly better display than Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, although it has a lot worse 1334 x 750 resolution, a way smaller screen and much less pixels per inch in the screen. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a much bigger storage to store more games and applications than iPhone 6, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 1000 GB.

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a really longer battery performance than Apple iPhone 6, because it has a 149% greater battery size.

Although Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Apple iPhone 6, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Apple iPhone 6. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Apple iPhone 6, giving up a couple features and specs.
