Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a lot better than the Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, getting a overall score of 98.9 against 81.2. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is an noticeably older cellphone than the Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, but it is somewhat lighter and thinner anyway. Both of these phones include the same Android 13 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding operating system features.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a much better looking screen than Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1440 x 3088px, it also counts with a bit bigger display and a little bit better quantity of pixels in each inch in the screen. Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate counts with a better storage for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a much better performing processor than Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
