The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a lot better than the HTC One M9, with a global score of 98.9 against 77.7. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's body is noticeably newer and thinner than the HTC One M9's, although it is also incredibly heavier. Both devices in this comparison work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has 13 version and HTC One M9 has Android 5.0.

HTC One M9 counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because although it has 9 GB lesser RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the HTC One M9 also counts with an extra graphics processor and a 64-bit processing unit. The HTC One M9 counts with a bit sharper screen than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, although it has a just a little lower pixel count in each inch of screen, a way worse 1920 x 1080 resolution and a much smaller screen.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as HTC One M9. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get HTC One M9, letting go some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
