Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a general score of 98.9, which is way better than HTC U23 Pro's global score of 77.8. Both of these phones work with the same Android 13 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't perceive any differences regarding that. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is an a lot older and just a bit heavier cellphone than the HTC U23 Pro, but Samsung made it a bit thinner anyway.
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a better display than HTC U23 Pro, because it has a little bigger screen, a greater pixels density and a better 1440 x 3088px resolution. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a much better performing processor than HTC U23 Pro. Both have a Octa-Core processor and 12 GB of RAM. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a greater storage capacity to store more games and applications than HTC U23 Pro, because although it has just 128 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 1000 GB.
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra captures much better pictures and videos than HTC U23 Pro. Both have a 108 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera. HTC U23 Pro counts with just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because it has a 4600mAh battery capacity instead of 4500mAh.
