Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is much better than Huawei Mate 20, getting a 98.9 score against 79.5. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's body is newer and just a bit thinner than Huawei Mate 20's, although it is a little heavier. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has older 13 version while Huawei Mate 20 has Android 9.0 Pie.
The Huawei Mate 20 and Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra feature similar screens, although the Huawei Mate 20 has a quite smaller screen, a way worse resolution of 1080 x 2244 pixels and a bit less pixels per inch of screen. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a much better memory to install applications and games than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 1000 GB.

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with just a bit longer battery performance than Huawei Mate 20, because it has a 13 percent bigger battery size.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra takes way better pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have a same size diafragm aperture, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a lot larger camera sensor, a much better video quality and a much better 108 megapixels resolution camera in the back.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is way more expensive than the Huawei Mate 20, but you can get a much better phone for that few extra dollars.
