Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a global score of 98.9, which is better than Huawei Mate X's global score of 89.4. Both of these phones include Android OS, but the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has 13 version while Huawei Mate X has Android 9.0 Pie version. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's body is newer, lighter and way thinner than Huawei Mate X.
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a little bit better processing power than Huawei Mate X, and although they both have 8 cores, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has more RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a little sharper screen than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a bit smaller display and a little bit worse 1440 x 3088 resolution, it also counts with a just a little higher screen density.
Huawei Mate X has a quite bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity.
