Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a general score of 98.9, which is way better than the LG G7 ThinQ's general score of 81. Even though the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is extremely newer than the LG G7 ThinQ, it's a bit thicker and notably heavier. These devices include Android OS, but Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has an older 13 version and LG G7 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie.
The LG G7 ThinQ has a brighter screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a bit higher 1440 x 3120 resolution and a little bit better screen density. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a bit faster processing unit than LG G7 ThinQ, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a way better camera than LG G7 ThinQ, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for shooting images in low-light situations, it also counts with a lot higher video resolution, a way larger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a back facing camera with way more mega-pixels.

So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, else you can save some money and get the LG G7 ThinQ, giving up some specs and features.
