The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a global score of 98.9, which is much better than the LG G8 ThinQ's overall score of 84.3. Both phones we compare here have Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has an older 13 version and LG G8 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra design is newer and just a little thinner than the LG G8 ThinQ's, although it is also somewhat heavier.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has just a bit better performance than LG G8 ThinQ, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has more RAM memory. LG G8 ThinQ counts with a little bit better screen than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit greater pixel amount per display inch and a quite better resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra captures much clearer pictures and videos than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is worse for low-light photos, it also counts with a lot more mega-pixels camera in the back, a way better video definition and a way bigger camera sensor capturing way better quality photos and videos.

LG G8 ThinQ counts with a bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a SD card slot that holds up to 1,95 TB. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has longer battery duration than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 29% larger battery capacity.

Although Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG G8 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the LG G8 ThinQ. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, but if you don't you can save some money and get the LG G8 ThinQ, letting go some specs and features.
