Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a lot better than Motorola ThinkPhone, having a 98.9 score against 78.9. Both devices in this review come with the same Android 13 OS, so both of them should give the same OS features. Even though the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is much older and a little heavier than Motorola ThinkPhone, it's body is still just a little thinner.
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a much faster processing unit than Motorola ThinkPhone, because it has 4 GB more RAM and a higher number of cores (and also faster). Motorola ThinkPhone features a slightly better screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, although it has a just a bit worse number of pixels per inch in the screen, a lot worse 1080 x 2400px resolution and a quite smaller display.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra shoots greater videos and photos than Motorola ThinkPhone, and although they both have the same aperture, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a back camera with a much higher 108 MP resolution and a larger sensor providing a better image quality. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a better memory capacity to store more apps and games than Motorola ThinkPhone, because although it has only 128 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory slot that allows up to 1000 GB.
The Motorola ThinkPhone counts with just a little bit longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 4500mAh.
