Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is better than Galaxy A50, with a score of 98.9 against 83.8. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a newer device than Galaxy A50, although it's just a little thicker and noticeably heavier. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy A50, because it has a little bit better quantity of pixels per screen inch, a little bit bigger screen and a better 1440 x 3088 resolution.

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a slightly better memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy A50, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy A50, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has more RAM.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra captures much better videos and photos than Galaxy A50, because although it has a tinier camera aperture, it also counts with a lot higher video resolution, a lot larger back camera sensor taking much better quality videos and photographs and a much more megapixels back facing camera.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a little longer battery life than Galaxy A50, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.

Although Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy A50, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy A50. If you prefer to save some money, you can get Galaxy A50, giving up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your budget.
