The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is just a bit better than the Galaxy A51 5G, getting a global score of 98.9 against 90.8. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's design is somewhat heavier but a little bit thinner than the Galaxy A51 5G, and both of them were released with only 4 months difference. These devices come with Android OS, but the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has newer 13 version while Galaxy A51 5G has Android 11 version, so it gives a couple additional features.

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a bit sharper display than Galaxy A51 5G, because it has a little bit larger screen, a just a bit more pixels per screen inch and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3088. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a little bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A51 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has more RAM.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a better camera than Samsung Galaxy A51 5G, because it has a bigger camera aperture to take better low-light captures and videos, a lot more mega pixels back camera, a much higher video quality and a way larger back-facing camera sensor providing a way higher image quality.

The Galaxy A51 5G and Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra have very similar storage for games and applications, they have a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 1000 GB and the same internal memory. The Samsung Galaxy A51 5G's battery life is just as good as Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's battery performance.

Although Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Samsung Galaxy A51 5G, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy A51 5G. If you prefer to save some money, you can get Samsung Galaxy A51 5G, letting go some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
