Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is much better than the Galaxy F23, getting a general score of 98.9 against 84.6. Both devices we are comparing here work with Android operating system, but Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has newer 13 version while Galaxy F23 has Android 12 version. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy F23, and although they both have 8 cores, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a greater amount of RAM.
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a slightly better looking display than Galaxy F23, because it has a quite larger screen, a higher 1440 x 3088px resolution and a just a bit higher pixel density. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a much bigger memory for applications and games than Galaxy F23, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 1000 GB.
Galaxy F23 has a bit longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4500mAh. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra captures much clearer videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy F23, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a lot higher resolution back camera.
