Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is much better than the Galaxy M13, getting a 98.9 score against 81.1. Even though the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is older and a bit heavier than the Galaxy M13, it's body is still a bit thinner. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has 13 version while Galaxy M13 has Android 12.
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a bit sharper screen than Galaxy M13, because it has a little bit bigger screen, a better 1440 x 3088 resolution and a little bit better screen density. Galaxy M13 counts with a bit better processing unit than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have 8 processing cores.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a much better storage to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy M13, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 1000 GB and 128 GB internal storage capacity.
