The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is way better than the Galaxy M30, getting a 98.9 score against 82.4. Both of these devices have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has 13 version while Galaxy M30 has Android 9.0 Pie. Even though Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is somewhat heavier than Galaxy M30, it's just a little thinner and newer.
