The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is better than Galaxy M40, with a 98.9 score against 85. Even though Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is newer than the Galaxy M40, it's heavier and a little thicker. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has newer 13 version while Galaxy M40 has Android 10.
