The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is better than Galaxy M51, getting a 98.9 score against 87.7. Both devices we are comparing work with Android OS, but the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a newer 13 version and Galaxy M51 has Android 10. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's construction is just a little bit lighter and somewhat thinner than the Galaxy M51, although they were released with only a couple months difference.
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has just a bit better looking display than Galaxy M51, because it has more pixels per inch of screen, a higher resolution of 1440 x 3088px and a bit larger screen. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a bit faster processor than Samsung Galaxy M51, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has more RAM memory.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy M51, and although they both have a F1.8 camera aperture, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a camera with a way better resolution, a lot better 7680x4320 video resolution and a lot larger camera sensor which provides a lot higher image and video quality.
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a little bit more storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy M51, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB. Samsung Galaxy M51 features a much better battery performance than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because it has a 56 percent greater battery capacity.
