The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a score of 98.9, which is way better than Galaxy Note 4's 81.6 general score. These devices have Android OS, but Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has the newer 13 version while Galaxy Note 4 has Android 5.0 version. Even though the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is heavier than the Galaxy Note 4, it's a bit thinner and also way newer.

The Galaxy Note 4 counts with a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because although it has a little bit worse 2560 x 1440 resolution and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a little higher pixels quantity per inch in the screen. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a bit better processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with more RAM memory and a greater number of cores.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a way bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because it has 96 GB more internal storage and a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 1000 GB. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a superior battery life than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because it has a 4500mAh battery size against 3220mAh.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a way better camera than Galaxy Note 4, because it has a bigger diafragm aperture, a way bigger sensor capturing lot higher quality videos and photographs, a way better 7680x4320 video resolution and a camera in the back with way more MP.

Although Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Note 4. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get the Galaxy Note 4, and give up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your money.
